The Battle of Britain Memorial is a monument to the aircrew who flew in the Battle of Britain. Situated on the White Cliffs at Capel-le-Ferne, near Folkestone, on the coast of Kent.
The Wing was opened by the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh in March 2015, is home to The Scramble Experience, which gives visitors a taste of what life was like in 1940. It also houses a shop and a first-floor cafe with stunning views over the Channel towards France.

Organic social and email working together as part of a wider marketing strategy
The solution was an organic social and email-first approach, utilising an in-depth marketing and buyer strategy to guide the day-to-day work.
The strategy focused on buyer journeys (online and in-person), following extensive research and questionnaires from visitors and staff. A new content strategy and funnel were created as part of this.
Most of the content created is short form video to help target and convert the younger generation through TikTok and Instagram.
Other initiatives working alongside organic email and social include influencer PR days and visits, creating new offers for the attraction and working with third-party sellers to sell them, paid social and B2B sponsorship package creation.
